Ultraviolette Automotive has launched the X47 Crossover, an electric adventure-touring motorcycle, in India at an introductory price of ₹2.74 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
Positioned as a blend of adventure and street-naked styling, the X47 is based on the F77 platform but features a revised chassis and sub-frame for added versatility.
Visually, the X47 stands out with a beak-style front fender, sculpted fuel-tank area, raked tail section, and cast aluminium sub-frame. It is offered in Laser Red, Airstrike White, and Shadow Black, along with a special Desert Wing Edition that comes equipped with a luggage rack, saddle stays, and panniers.

A highlight of the X47 is Ultraviolette’s UV Hypersense radar system, making it India’s first motorcycle with Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS). The 77GHz rear-facing radar provides blind-spot detection, lane-change assist, overtake alerts, and rear-collision warnings. The system offers a 150-degree horizontal and 68-degree vertical field of view, tracking vehicles up to 200 metres away. Alerts are displayed on the TFT console and via light strips on the mirrors.

In addition, the bike comes with dual integrated dash cameras, with the option of a dual-display setup that streams real-time front and rear footage. Riders also get three traction control levels, nine levels of regenerative braking, switchable dual-channel ABS, and multiple riding modes – Glide, Combat, and Ballistic.
The X47 is powered by an electric motor delivering 40 hp and 100 Nm of peak torque, capable of sprinting from 0–60 km/h in 2.7 seconds and 0–100 km/h in 8.1 seconds, with a top speed of 145 km/h.

Buyers can choose between two battery configurations: a 7.1 kWh pack with an IDC range of 211 km and a 10.3 kWh pack with an IDC range of 323 km
Ultraviolette claims the X47 houses the world’s most power-dense air-cooled onboard charger, compatible with Type 2 AC and DC fast charging. The new Parallel Boost Charging technology is said to halve charging times by doubling output.
With its combination of radar-based safety systems, performance, and long-range battery options, the Ultraviolette X47 enters the premium electric motorcycle space as a distinctive adventure crossover.
Its technology-first approach, particularly the inclusion of ARAS at this price point, positions it as a trailblazer in India’s growing EV motorcycle market.
