GWM has secured two honours at the 2026 Torino Automotive Design Awards (TADA), with the GWM Ora 5 winning the ‘Best Interior Design Award’ and the Tank 300 receiving the ‘Best Technological Innovation Award’.
The Ora 5 is already available in our market while the Tank 300 will be launched in February 2027 through GWM’s authorised distributor, VG Impex Pvt. Ltd.
The GWM Ora 5 received the ‘Best Interior Design Award’ in the Family Car category, recognising its modern and sophisticated cabin. The electric SUV features a technology-focused cockpit designed around comfort, connectivity and everyday usability.
The recognition further highlights the Ora 5’s design credentials as a new-generation electric SUV, combining contemporary styling with technology and practicality.

Meanwhile, the Tank 300 was honoured with the ‘Best Technological Innovation Award’ in the Premium Car category. Developed under GWM’s Tank brand, the SUV combines premium features with advanced off-road technology and robust engineering.

With both models already on sale in Nepal, the TADA recognition adds an international accolade to GWM’s existing local lineup.
The awards also highlight the different strengths of the two models—the Ora 5 focusing on electric mobility and modern design, while the Tank 300 brings technology and off-road capability to the premium SUV segment.
