Yatri P2 Price Announced in Nepal, Starts at Rs 3.29 Lakh

Sipradi Yatri has officially announced the price of the Yatri P2 electric scooter in Nepal, with prices starting at Rs 3,29,900.

The Made-in-Nepal electric scooter is available in three battery configurations, while the 3.7 kWh and 5.2 kWh versions can also be equipped with a 1.8 kWh range extender.

The Yatri P2 3.0 kWh is priced at Rs 3,29,900, while the 3.7 kWh and 5.2 kWh versions cost Rs 3,99,900 and Rs 4,99,900, respectively. The optional 1.8 kWh range extender costs an additional Rs 90,600.

Sipradi Yatri has confirmed that deliveries of the 3.7 kWh and 5.2 kWh variants will begin from mid-October to November for customers who have already booked the P2. Deliveries of the other configurations are expected to begin from December.

The Yatri P2 made its official debut at the NADA Auto Show 2026, featuring multiple battery options, a range-extender system and a long list of connected and technology-focused features.

The 3.0 kWh battery offers a claimed range of 90 km, while the 3.7 kWh and 5.2 kWh versions offer claimed ranges of 112 km and 157 km, respectively. With the optional 1.8 kWh range extender, the claimed range of the 3.7 kWh version increases to 162 km, while the 5.2 kWh version can deliver up to 207 km.

Power comes from a 10 kW peak mid-drive PMSM motor producing 315 Nm of torque at the wheel. The P2 has a claimed top speed of 90 km/h.

The scooter supports DC fast charging, with the battery taking around 41 minutes to reach 80%. AC charging takes approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes for the 3.0 kWh and 3.7 kWh versions, while the 5.2 kWh version takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The P2 also gets a 7-inch programmable TFT display with built-in 4G connectivity, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation, media and call functions, and information on nearby DC charging stations.

Its connected features are further extended through a companion app offering vehicle location tracking, keyless start, charging information, trip optimisation and service-related functions. Other features include multiple riding modes, reverse mode, three levels of regenerative braking, terrain-adapting cruise control and hill-hold functionality.

The P2 uses a high-strength automotive steel dual-cradle trellis frame, telescopic front suspension and dual progressive spring-damper rear shocks. It rides on 14-inch alloy wheels with 110/80-14 tubeless tyres and gets dual disc brakes with CBS.

The scooter has a 775 mm seat height, 165 mm ground clearance, 30-litre boot space and 140 kg kerb weight. Its battery pack uses LG lithium-ion cells, comes with built-in thermal runaway protection and carries an IP67 rating. Yatri is also offering an 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty depending on the variant. 

With the pricing now confirmed, the Yatri P2 becomes one of the key Made-in-Nepal electric two-wheelers to enter the market with multiple battery and range configurations.
