According to CG Motors, the manufacturer of the vehicle will also inspect and investigate the affected car, with the findings expected to be published after the investigation is completed.
The company said the actual cause of the incident should be established through an impartial, technical and scientific investigation conducted according to internationally accepted protocols.
CG Motors Urges Against Speculation
CG Motors has also raised concerns over what it described as the exaggeration of the incident based on unconfirmed information, speculation and unilateral claims on social media and in certain media reports.
The company has urged the public and media to refrain from drawing conclusions or assigning blame before the ongoing investigations are completed. It said it will extend full cooperation to authorities and other relevant parties seeking to determine the actual cause of the Bharatpur incident.
The statement comes as the investigation into the Aion Y fire continues, with the company emphasizing that the final cause should be determined through the findings of the relevant authorities and technical investigation rather than speculation.
