MAW Vriddhi to Launch Tunland G7 Pickup Truck in Nepal Soon

MAW Vriddhi has announced that the Foton Tunland G7 pickup truck will launch in Nepal on June 20. The company tested the Tunland G7 for over a year across different parts of the country—from rough mountain roads to busy city streets—to ensure it can handle all types of driving conditions in Nepal.

Under the hood, the Tunland G7 is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that generates 160 horsepower and 390 Nm of torque, providing the power and responsiveness needed for off-road adventures and highway cruising alike. Its 6-speed manual transmission, 225 mm ground clearance, and minimum turning radius of 6.4 meters make it well-suited for our road conditions.

Designed with both utility and comfort in mind, the Tunland G7 comes equipped with features such as a push-start ignition system, Hill Hold Control, Hill Descent Control, a 12.3-inch infinity touchscreen, a panoramic sunroof, and heated and ventilated front seats with 12-way electric adjustments. It also includes automatic climate control to ensure a comfortable cabin environment across seasons.

The Tunland G7 has overall dimensions of 5340 mm in length, 1940 mm in width, and 1870 mm in height, and is equipped with a spacious 80-litre fuel tank to support long-distance drives. In terms of safety, it comes well-equipped with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, a reverse camera, and several other features designed to ensure maximum protection for both driver and passengers.
