Balaju Auto Works Pvt. Ltd., the authorized service partner of Mahindra in Nepal under Agni Group, has announced the bumper prize winner of its annual service campaign, “Mahindra CareFest 2082".
The winner was selected through a lucky draw conducted during a special ceremony at the Mahindra Authorized Service Center in Balaju, Kathmandu.
The event was attended by Chairman Mr. Cabinet Shrestha and Managing Director Ms. Susan Vaidya Shrestha of Agni Group, along with special guest Anita Basnet, captain of the APF Women’s Football Team.

Held from January 23 to 28, 2026 (Magh 9–14, 2082), the Mahindra CareFest campaign covered over 53 authorized service centers nationwide. Customers benefited from services delivered by certified technicians using genuine spare parts and advanced diagnostic systems. From among thousands of participants, one winner was selected through the lucky draw.

Mr. Hari Panta from Lumbini Province, who serviced his vehicle at Mainabagar Autoland Pvt. Ltd. in Butwal, Rupandehi, was declared the winner. He received a BGauss C-12 electric scooter as the bumper prize.
Balaju Auto Works emphasized that initiatives like CareFest 2082 are key to strengthening relationships with customers across Nepal and reaffirmed its commitment to delivering high-quality service along with meaningful customer benefits in the future.
