Nebula Energy, the authorized partner for Gogoro scooters in Nepal, has introduced the country’s first-ever Buyback Guarantee for electric two-wheelers. This new offer sets a high standard for customer confidence and shows Gogoro’s strong commitment to the Nepalese market.

With this program, Gogoro is the first electric two-wheeler brand in Nepal to promise a guaranteed resale value. This gives buyers more confidence when switching to electric vehicles. The buyback guarantee ensures that customers can sell their scooter back for Rs 1 lakh within five years or after 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This provides great peace of mind for EV owners.

One common worry among electric vehicle users is battery wear and tear, which can reduce the scooter’s resale value. Gogoro solves this problem with its advanced battery swapping system. Instead of owning the battery, Gogoro users use a network of smart, well-maintained batteries managed entirely by the company. This setup allows Gogoro to confidently offer a reliable buyback guarantee, building trust and long-term value in Nepal’s electric mobility market.

In addition to the Buyback Guarantee, Gogoro is bringing several exciting offers and experiences to the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025. They are launching a special Dashain Festive Offer with attractive deals for customers joining the battery swap ecosystem.

Visitors at the expo can also see live demonstrations of Gogoro’s fast and seamless battery swapping technology, which helps riders avoid range anxiety. Gogoro’s network of 45 swap stations across Kathmandu has been fully optimized for better performance and reliability. Finally, attendees will have the chance to see the upgraded Gogoro JEGO scooter in its first public display since the product’s improvements.

“Gogoro is here to build the future of mobility in Nepal,” said Chiranjibi Shah, General Manager of Nebula Energy. “From the outset, our investments have reflected this. We began operations only after building a citywide network of 45 battery swapping stations. Today, we take that commitment even further.”
