Omoda & Jaecoo Celebrate 800+ Vehicles on Nepal's Roads
Omoda & Jaecoo Automobiles Private Limited has announced a significant milestone – over 800 vehicles now operate on roads throughout Nepal.
To mark this achievement, a celebratory event was held at the Uttar Dhoka showroom in Kathmandu. The program was graced by renowned cricketer and brand ambassador Dipendra Singh Airee, who addressed the audience on this significant accomplishment. In addition, key representatives from SPG Automobiles Private Limited were present.
Officially launched at the NADA Auto Show in August 2024, the Jaecoo J6 has quickly become popular among enthusiasts due to its excellent power, performance, and rugged design.
The Jaecoo J6 is available with a dual electric motor 4WD configuration providing 200 Nm of torque and 280kW of maximum power, or a single motor variant with 184 Nm of torque and 135 kW of maximum power, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds.
Powered by CATL-supplied LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries (available in 50.6 kWh, 65.7 kWh, or 69.7 kWh), the Jaecoo J6 has a CLTC-standard range of 501 km. It also features rapid charging capabilities, allowing it to charge from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes via both DC and AC ports.
Similarly, the Omoda E5 has also gained significant popularity in our market. The Omoda E5 offers a WLTP range of 430 km, a ground clearance of 180 mm, and a motor power of 99 kW.
