In a significant step toward advancing electric mobility in Nepal, thee GO has successfully delivered 9 units of DFSK Danfe electric vans to Jumla — the first time electric vehicles have reached this remote region. This achievement marks a major milestone in thee GO’s ongoing mission to bridge rural and urban Nepal through clean and sustainable transportation.

The DFSK Danfe electric vans will serve short-distance public routes within Jumla, offering passengers a quieter, more affordable, and eco-friendly alternative to traditional transport. This initiative is poised to reduce the region’s reliance on fossil fuels while improving local air quality.

To support seamless EV operation, thee GO is installing an 80kW DC fast charger from Starcharge as part of the deployment. Additional charging stations are also planned at key points along the Jumla route, ensuring a robust charging network and paving the way for greater EV adoption in the region.

This milestone proves the capability of electric vehicles to perform even in challenging terrains. We are committed to expanding EV access across Nepal, one region at a time.”

Under its vision of “Mission Zero Emission,” thee GO is not just promoting EV usage but building a complete ecosystem to support it. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including vehicle sales and distribution, after-sales support, spare parts supply, EV leasing, charging infrastructure, and highway rest stops tailored for EV travelers.
