Sharda Group and Golchha Organisation Join Forces to Expand DC Fast Charging Network Across Nepal

Sharda Group and Golchha Organisation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on developing an extensive network of DC fast charging stations across Nepal.

This partnership aims to promote sustainable transportation by establishing 100 fast chargers nationwide within a year, offering convenient charging solutions for EV users.

Currently, over 16 fast charging stations are operational in Nepal, with locations in Pokhara (3), Kathmandu (3), Narayanghat (3), Nepalgunj, Butwal, Biratnagar (2), Birgunj, Birtamode, Bardibas, and other key areas. The joint initiative will focus on expanding this network, enabling EV owners to travel with greater confidence.

Under this agreement, Sharda Group, the authorized distributor for Nissan, Omoda, Jaecoo, and Zeekr vehicles, and Golchha Organisation, the official distributor for Leapmotor, Citroen, Peugeot, and Kaiyi vehicles, will work together to make DC fast chargers accessible nationwide.

Customers of all brands associated with both groups will benefit from this infrastructure, further enhancing the convenience of EV ownership in Nepal.
