Royal Enfield has introduced the Himalayan 450 Mana Black edition at the EICMA show in Milan, offering a rally-themed take on its adventure tourer.
The new variant features an all-black finish with subtle grey accents, complemented by rally-style accessories including mudguards, knuckle guards, and wire-spoked tubeless wheels.

This edition also comes with a revised seat setup—a taller, flatter bench measuring 860mm, compared to the standard 825mm—which allows easier movement for riders in off-road conditions and improves weight distribution. The Rally Black edition retains the standard 230mm ground clearance while shaving 1kg off the kerb weight, now at 195kg.

Mechanically, the Himalayan 450 Mana Black is powered by the same 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 40bhp and 40Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slipper clutch. Riders benefit from modern features like a colour TFT display with Google Maps, Bluetooth connectivity, switchable ABS, and ride-by-wire throttle.

Suspension duties are handled by Showa USD front forks and a monoshock at the rear, while braking comes from single discs at both ends. The bike rolls on a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheel setup, and sits under a 17-litre fuel tank, making it a capable choice for adventure enthusiasts.
