Geely has officially launched its all-electric dual-cab pickup truck, the Riddara R6, in Nepal, priced at Rs 65 Lakh.
The Riddara RD6 is an electric pickup truck built on a monocoque platform, featuring a rear-mounted single motor with 200 kW and 384 Nm of torque. It is powered by a 63 kWh battery pack, providing a range of 377 km under NEDC standard.
Inside, the RD6 offers leather-wrapped seats and a dynamic 72-color ambient lighting system. The center console includes dual 12.3-inch screens and a 9-inch full-color head-up display.
The RD6 boasts substantial storage capabilities with a 1,200-liter truck bed, 70 liters of luggage space, and a secure 48-liter storage area. For safety, it features four airbags, side air curtains, automatic emergency braking, collision warning, and pedestrian protection.
The vehicle’s suspension includes front struts and a multi-link independent rear axle, with a turning radius of 6.1 meters. The Multiplex Attached Platform (MAP) used in the RD6 is based on Geely’s Sustainable Electric Architecture (SEA).
