MAW Vriddhi, the official distributor of Deepal in Nepal, has unveiled the compact electric SUV Deepal S05 in Birgunj, a key market in Madhesh Province. The S05 is available in Plus (Rs 48.99 lakh) and Max (Rs 54.99 lakh) variants, priced slightly below standard rates.
The Deepal S05 measures 4,620 mm long, 1,900 mm wide, and 1,600 mm tall, rides on 18-inch dual-tone alloys, and offers 175 mm ground clearance. Powered by a 99 kW motor with 320 Nm torque and a 56.1 kWh CATL Golden Shield Battery System 2.0, it delivers a WLTP range of 405 km (up to 470 km NEDC).
Highlights of the S05 include Remote In & Out Parking, ADAS 2.0 with 19 safety functions, AR Head-Up Display, fast charging in 15 minutes (30–80%), and a 6 kW V2L feature to power external devices.

To mark the launch, a new Deepal showroom in Birgunj by Novus Brothers Pvt. Ltd. opens doors for sales and service. A four-day Special Test Drive and Exchange Program allows visitors to experience Deepal’s premium EV lineup—including S07 ICA, L07, Avatr 11, and S05—with benefits such as trade-in deals, cash discounts, free road tax and insurance, and a complimentary travel charger.
The event also showcases Deepal’s AI innovations, including humanoid robots and robot dogs, highlighting the brand’s forward-thinking approach in electric mobility and automation.
