Triumph Motorcycles Nepal has revised the prices of its popular 400cc motorcycle lineup in Nepal, increasing the prices of the Triumph Speed 400, Triumph Scrambler 400 X, and the recently introduced Triumph Scrambler 400 XC.

Following the latest revision, the Triumph Speed 400 now costs Rs 6,79,900, up from its previous price of Rs 6,59,900.

Similarly, the Triumph Scrambler 400 X has received a Rs 20,000 increase, taking its new price to Rs 7,34,900 from Rs 7,14,900. Meanwhile, the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC has seen the highest increment, with its price rising from Rs 7,99,900 to Rs 8,24,900.

The Scrambler 400 XC is a more off-road-focused version of the Scrambler 400 X, featuring upgrades such as side-laced wire-spoked wheels, lightweight aluminium rims, a high-mounted front mudguard, flyscreen, and an aluminium sump guard with engine bars.

While both motorcycles share the same platform and engine, the Speed 400 is designed as a retro roadster for everyday road use, featuring a lower 790mm seat height, 17-inch wheels, and road-focused geometry.

In contrast, the Scrambler 400 X adopts a more rugged scrambler setup with an 835mm seat height, longer travel suspension, a 19-inch front wheel, wider handlebars, and improved off-road-oriented components for better performance on rough surfaces.

Powering all three motorcycles is Triumph’s 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 39.4 bhp and 37.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

Despite the latest price revision, Triumph’s 400cc lineup continues to remain competitive in Nepal’s growing premium motorcycle segment, where it rivals offerings from brands such as KTM and Royal Enfield.
