The new Zeekr X has been revealed through filings with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), alongside the updated Zeekr 7X. The disclosure underscores China’s regulatory process, where automakers must submit all new models and updates for approval to meet national standards.

The update brings a significant performance boost while keeping the exterior largely unchanged. The rear electric motor now produces 250 kW (335 hp), up from the previous 200 kW (268 hp).

Despite the increased power, the Zeekr X retains its signature styling. Exterior highlights include LED daytime running lights with 56 LEDs, a 1.21 m² panoramic sunroof, and a 1.5 m-long through-type taillight composed of 229 LEDs.

Vehicle dimensions remain at 4,450 mm in length, 1,836 mm in width, 1,572 mm in height, and a 2,750 mm wheelbase. Tire options include 235/55R18, 235/50R19, and 245/45R20, with optional customizations for rims, brake calipers, side mirror colors, roof finish, and Zeekr logo design.

The AWD variant features dual electric motors delivering a combined 365 kW (489 hp), while the RWD variant is equipped with the 250 kW (335 hp) motor paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery. Both configurations have a top speed of 190 km/h.

The Zeekr X RWD previously had a 200 kW (268 hp) motor with 343 Nm, paired with 49 kWh or 66 kWh batteries, offering 420–560 km CLTC range. The AWD added a 115 kW (154 hp) front motor, for a combined 315 kW (422 hp) and 500–512 km range.

In Nepal, the Zeekr X comes equipped with Level 2 ADAS, 191 mm ground clearance, and seven airbags, priced at Rs 69.99 Lakh.
