Nexon Venture has launched the LEV 01, an electric crossover SUV from LS Auto, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, in Nepal. The starting price for the LEV 01 is set at Rs 61,90,000. It is available in two variants: SE and CE.
Both variants of the LEV 01 feature the same battery and motor. It is equipped with a 99kW motor and a 67.1 kWh battery pack, delivering a torque of 320 NM. The SE variant is priced at Rs 61,90,000, while the CE variant is priced at Rs 71,90,000.
The LEV 01, designed as a crossover SUV, measures 4640 mm in length, 1870 mm in width, and 1655 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2760 mm. It comes with 19-inch alloy wheels and offers a ground clearance of 210 mm. The company claims that the vehicle can travel up to 500+ kilometers on a full charge. However, the testing standard is not specified.
Features of the LEV 01 include a panoramic sunroof, wireless mobile charger, electric tailgate, 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS system, touchscreen display, hill hold assist, and multifunctional steering wheel.
The company is setting up a showroom and service center near Bhatbhateni, Naxal, and will soon begin offering test drives and bookings. Additionally, the company provides an 8-year or 150,000 km warranty on both the motor and battery.
