Shangri-La Motors, the official distributor of Leapmotor vehicles in Nepal, has confirmed that the all-new Leapmotor B10 will make its official debut at the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025.
The B10 will join Leapmotor’s growing electric vehicle lineup in Nepal, which currently includes the premium C10 SUV and the compact urban T03 hatchback.
Positioned below the C10 in terms of pricing, the Leapmotor B10 is expected to be available at an estimated starting price of under Rs 60 lakh. This new five-seater electric SUV is built on the brand’s advanced LEAP 3.5 intelligent architecture and is designed to compete with models such as the BYD Atto 3, Tata Curvv EV, MG S5 EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, and Proton eMas 7.
Compact yet spacious, the B10 measures 4,515 mm in length and offers up to 1,415 litres of cargo space. In international markets, it comes with a 160 kW rear-mounted motor delivering 240 Nm of torque and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.8 seconds—making it quicker than the larger C10.
Two battery options are available globally, offering driving ranges of 510 km and 600 km respectively (CLTC standard). Both variants support fast charging capabilities, going from 30% to 80% in under 20 minutes.
Inside, the B10 promises a tech-forward experience with a 14.6-inch 2.5K touchscreen running Leapmotor OS 4.0 Plus. Depending on the variant, it uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8155 or 8295A chips and introduces AI-powered voice assistants. Premium features include a 12-speaker sound system, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, foldable cupholders, and a modular dashboard designed for added customization.
What makes the B10 truly stand out is its availability with LiDAR-based autonomous driving technology. The higher-spec models are equipped with Hesai Ultra HD LiDAR, a network of radars and cameras, and support for Level 2+ autonomous driving features such as memory parking, sentry mode, and adaptive cruise assist. Even the base model comes packed with safety features like 540-degree surround cameras and flat-tire stability control.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Jai Golchha, Director of Shangrila Motors, said, “We are excited to announce that the Leapmotor B10 is on its way to Nepal. This launch will further strengthen our commitment to providing Nepali customers with the latest in electric mobility technology. We look forward to unveiling the B10 at the NAIMA Auto Show and are confident it will redefine expectations for EVs in the market."
