Mahindra Launches Annual ‘CareFest 2082’ Service Campaign in Nepal

Balaju Auto Works Pvt. Ltd., the authorized service centre for Mahindra vehicles in Nepal under the Agni Group, has officially launched its annual service campaign titled “Mahindra CareFest 2082". The campaign will run until January 28, 2026 (Magh 9 to Magh 14, 2082), with services available throughout the period, including Saturday.

The annual service camp aims to provide Mahindra vehicle owners with reliable, authorised servicing while offering attractive discounts and additional customer benefits. The campaign was formally inaugurated on Friday at the Balaju Auto Works Service Centre in the Balaju Industrial Area, Kathmandu.

During Mahindra CareFest, servicing is carried out by Mahindra-certified technicians using genuine spare parts and advanced diagnostic equipment.

Customers availing services during the campaign will receive a free 45-point vehicle check-up, free general labour charge, free computerized diagnosis, and a 50 percent discount on computerized wheel alignment. Additional offers include up to 50 percent discount on genuine accessories, 20 percent discount on A.C. charging, and 10 percent discount on genuine spare parts and lubricants.

Customers will also receive attractive gifts with every service, free health check-ups, a 10 percent extended discount coupon, and access to cashless insurance services, enhancing overall service convenience. As part of the campaign’s special highlights, one lucky customer will win a ‘BGauss C12 Electric Scooter’ through a lucky draw.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Ms. Veda Satasha Shrestha, Vice President of Agni Group; Mr. Vedant Shrestha, Research and Business Development Head of Agni Group; and Mr. Chaitanya Kagalkar, Country Head for Nepal, India, and Bangladesh at Mahindra & Mahindra, along with valued customers, media representatives, and other distinguished guests. The CareFest is being conducted simultaneously across more than 53 Mahindra branches, dealers, and workshops nationwide.
