Leapmotor B10 Shipments Rerouted Through Korala Amid Rasuwa Corridor Disruptions

Shangrila Motors Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Leapmotor vehicles in Nepal, has rerouted incoming shipments of the Leapmotor B10 through the Korala border point in Mustang following temporary disruptions along the Rasuwagadhi route caused by recent flash floods.

The B10 is normally brought into Nepal through the Rasuwagadhi border. However, the disruption along the Rasuwa corridor has prompted Shangrila Motors to shift its logistics route to Korala to avoid delays in vehicle deliveries.

The move also comes as the B10 has recorded strong booking interest following its appearances at the NAIMA Mobility Expo and NADA Auto Show. Shangrila Motors is working to speed up transportation and customs procedures through the Korala route in response to the demand.

The Leapmotor B10 received a price reduction following the government budget and is currently priced at Rs. 54.99 lakh in Nepal. The electric SUV is powered by a 160 kW rear-wheel-drive motor paired with a 67.1 kWh battery. It has a claimed range of up to 600 km under the CLTC testing cycle.
