Laxmi Autocomp Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of TATA Green Batteries for Nepal, recently organized its first-ever Free Battery Checkup Camp in the Janakpur and Bardibas areas.
The event, which ran from Baisakh 30 to Jestha 2, 2082, was held at four different locations: Shrestha Traders in Bardibas, Star General Suppliers at Bajrang Chowk in Janakpur, Shri Janaki Traders at Bhanu Chowk, and Roshan Tractor Parts at Pidari Chowk, Janakpur.
The camp offered free battery checkups for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. In addition to the technical support, visitors and drivers received valuable battery-related information, enhancing their knowledge and fostering greater trust in the TATA Green Batteries brand. This approach aimed to bridge the gap between the company and its end users through informative and service-oriented interaction.
To make the event more engaging, customers who purchased two-wheeler batteries were rewarded with gift hampers that included a T-shirt, pen, notepad, cap, umbrella, and keyrings. Likewise, those who bought four-wheeler or inverter batteries received practical gifts such as an iron and a bag. Even visitors who only came for checkups were not left empty-handed, as they were given stationery items and discount coupons.
With over 300 participants attending the camp, the initiative proved to be a great success. The event was led by Mr. Umesh Ghimire, Sales Head of Laxmi Autocomp, who emphasized the importance of such community-focused programs in building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Through this initiative, TATA Green Batteries not only extended its reach in the Janakpur and Bardibas regions but also reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality service. The company has announced plans to organize similar service-based programs in other parts of Nepal, further strengthening its connection with customers across the country.
