Kia has launched the latest Seltos in India with prices ranging from INR 10.99 lakh to INR 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated mid-size SUV competes with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Victoris.
The new Seltos features Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design language, featuring a wider grille with vertically stacked LED DRLs, flush door handles, blacked-out pillars, redesigned alloy wheels, and a full-width LED tail-lamp strip, giving it a bold, premium look.

Dimensionally, the new Seltos has grown to 4,460 mm long, 1,830 mm wide, and 1,635 mm tall, with a 2,690 mm wheelbase, offering more cabin space and a confident road stance.

Inside, the cabin now features dual 12.3-inch screens for infotainment and the digital cluster, along with a 5-inch touchscreen for climate control.
Comfort and convenience features include ventilated front seats, dual-zone AC, multi-colour ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, Bose audio, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and a 360-degree camera. Rear seats are more spacious, and the boot holds 447 litres.

Safety is addressed with six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, disc brakes on all wheels, ISOFIX mounts, TPMS, and optional Level 2 ADAS. The updated K3 platform improves structural rigidity for better safety.
Engine options remain the same: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol (115 hp), a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol (160 hp), and a 1.5-litre diesel (116 hp), paired with manual, CVT, iMT, automatic, or DCT transmissions. A hybrid version is expected in the future.

Available across Tech Line, GT Line, and X-Line trims, the new Seltos combines a sharper design, larger dimensions, advanced tech, and enhanced safety to remain a strong contender in India’s midsize SUV segment.
