While both variants share the same platform and mechanical components, they differ in their tyre setup. The City variant comes with road-focused tyres designed for urban and highway use, whereas the Hills variant gets knobby tyres aimed at improving grip on gravel roads and light off-road trails.

The Flygon 220 has been designed with Nepal's road conditions in mind. It features a seat height of 780 mm and a ground clearance of 230 mm, making it suitable for uneven roads, speed breakers and rural routes.

In terms of features, the Flygon 220 includes passive keyless entry, push-start ignition, a smart locking system, an anti-theft alarm and a 2.8-inch TFT instrument display. Its upright riding position, low centre of gravity and ergonomic layout are intended to provide comfort for both city riding and longer journeys.
