BYD Atto 1 (Seagull) Debuts in Nepal Under Rs 30 Lakh

The highly anticipated BYD Seagull—rebranded as the BYD Atto 1 for the Nepali market—has officially debuted at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025, priced at Rs 28.95 Lakh and Rs 32.99 Lakh for the two variants.

As one of the most-awaited EVs of the year, the Atto 1 enters the market with strong expectations. With a starting price under Rs 30 Lakh, it is poised to drive significant interest and sales, particularly among first-time EV buyers. 

In Nepal, the Atto 1 is available in two variants: the Dynamic, which comes with a 30.08 kWh battery offering a WLTP range of 230 km and is priced at Rs 28.95 lakh and the Premium, equipped with a 38.88 kWh battery that delivers a range of 300 km at a price of Rs 32.99 lakh.
