TVS Motor Company’s performance-oriented 125cc scooter, the Ntorq 125, has achieved a significant sales milestone by surpassing 2 million units sold in the Indian market as of May 2025. Globally, over 3 lakh units have been exported by the end of FY2025.
Launched in early 2018, the Ntorq entered the market at a time when the 125cc scooter segment was beginning to gain traction among Indian consumers.In India, the Ntorq is available in five variants: Disc, Race Edition, Super Squad Edition, Race XP, and XT.
Although the Jupiter continues to be TVS’ top-selling scooter, the Ntorq 125 holds a strong position as the brand’s second best-seller, accounting for 23% of the company’s total scooter sales since its debut.
On the international front, the Ntorq has emerged as TVS’ most exported scooter, with 3,08,252 units shipped overseas since its launch. In our market, customers can choose from six variants: Drum, Disc, Race Edition, Disc Fi, RTFi BS6, and Ntorq XP. Prices in Nepal range from Rs 2,42,900 to Rs 3,25,900. In FY2024, the Ntorq surpassed the 1 lakh sales milestone in Nepal, further emphasizing its popularity across borders.
TVS is also reportedly preparing to expand the Ntorq lineup with the upcoming Ntorq 150, expected to compete with rivals such as the Yamaha Aerox 155, Aprilia 160, and Hero Xoom 160 later this year.
