The exterior of the new Altroz has received a major exterior update. It now features sleek full-LED split headlamps with reworked daytime running lights, a newly designed grille, a reprofiled front bumper, and vertically stacked fog lamp housings. Similarly, it also gets flush-mounted door handles and new 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, the Altroz facelift sports new LED tail lights connected by a seamless LED light bar.

Inside, the Altroz facelift boasts a redesigned dashboard layout, drawing inspiration from Tata’s Nexon and Curvv models. Dubbed “Grand Prestigia” by Tata, the cabin comes equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a fully digital 10.25-inch instrument cluster, and a new 2-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo.

Several features have been carried forward from the previous model, including a 360-degree camera, electric sunroof, cruise control, rear AC vents, ambient lighting, 90-degree opening doors, and automatic headlamps and wipers.

Under the hood, the powertrain lineup remains unchanged. The facelifted Altroz will continue with a 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic, a 1.5-litre diesel paired with a 5-speed manual, and a CNG variant.

Upon its launch, the refreshed Altroz will directly compete with the Hyundai i20 and Maruti Suzuki Baleno in the premium hatchback category.
