Syakar Trading Company, under the Padma Jyoti Group, has announced the expansion of Honda service centers across Nepal with the objective of delivering enhanced, efficient, and world-class after-sales services to customers.
In the first phase of this initiative, the company plans to establish six state-of-the-art service centers nationwide, aimed at improving accessibility and service quality for Honda users.
As part of this rollout, two service centers—one in Tripureshwor (relocated from Teku) and another at Jyoti Bhawan, Kantipath—have been formally inaugurated.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Toshio Kuwahara, Vice President of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Head of Regional Unit (Asia & Oceania), Regional Operations (Associated Regions), as the chief guest. Senior representatives from Syakar Trading Company, including Chairman Saurabh Jyoti and Vice Chairman Suhrid Jyoti, were also present at the event.
The company has introduced the concept of “Premium Service at the Same Price,” under which customers will be able to access upgraded, high-quality service without any additional cost.

This initiative is focused on strengthening customer satisfaction by prioritizing convenience, efficiency, and a more refined service experience while maintaining existing pricing structures.
The expanded service centers are designed as world-class facilities operated by skilled and well-trained technicians, ensuring reliable maintenance and repair services.
Each center will integrate showroom, service, and genuine spare parts under a single roof, enhancing overall convenience for customers. Additional features include customer waiting lounges and complimentary refreshments.

The upcoming facilities will also incorporate advanced diagnostic systems and a digital service tracking mechanism to improve transparency and operational efficiency. Fast service bays are being introduced to minimize waiting time while maintaining service quality standards.
The company has also indicated that further expansion of service centers will continue in the coming phases to ensure wider nationwide coverage.
