CG Motocorp Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Suzuki automobiles in Nepal under CG Holdings, has announced a price reduction of Rs 1,00,000 across all variants of the Suzuki e-Vitara, effective immediately.
The revision comes following the Government of Nepal's recent changes to customs duty and tax slabs applicable to electric vehicles (EVs). CG Motocorp says it has passed the full fiscal benefit directly to customers, in line with its policy of transferring government-created savings to buyers.
The Suzuki e-Vitara is now available at revised introductory prices starting from Rs 48.99 lakh for the entry-level Delta variant and reaching Rs 59.49 lakh for the flagship Alpha DT.
The e-Vitara Delta features a 49 kWh battery pack paired with a 108 kW motor. It offers a claimed driving range of up to 440 km and comes equipped with seven airbags and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality. Following the latest revision, the variant is priced at Rs 48,99,000.
Moving up the range, the e-Vitara Zeta is powered by a larger 61 kWh battery and a 128 kW electric motor. Suzuki claims a driving range of up to 543 km on a full charge. The variant is now available at Rs 52,99,000.
The e-Vitara Alpha builds on the Zeta's powertrain while adding a more premium interior experience, including ventilated seats and enhanced ambient lighting. The revised price for the Alpha stands at Rs 58,99,000.
At the top of the lineup sits the e-Vitara Alpha DT, a dual-tone flagship variant featuring the full suite of premium equipment. It is now priced at Rs 59,49,000.
According to the company, the introductory pricing will remain applicable for the first 100 bookings and for a limited period. The revised prices are effective immediately and apply to both new bookings and pending orders that have yet to be delivered.
Built on Suzuki's dedicated HEARTECT-e platform, the e-Vitara features a 2,700 mm wheelbase, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 5-Star Bharat NCAP safety rating, and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability across all variants.
The electric SUV is supported by Suzuki's nationwide network of 25 authorized sales outlets and 40 after-sales service centers. CG Motocorp also states that EV-certified technicians are available across all launch locations to support customers throughout ownership.
The company emphasized that the Rs 1 lakh reduction is not a promotional discount but a direct result of the revised EV tax structure introduced by the government, with the full benefit being passed on to customers.
