SML Isuzu Customer Meet Successfully Held in Birtamode
Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive distributor of SML Isuzu vehicles in Nepal, successfully hosted the Customer Meet 2025 in Birtamode, Jhapa. The company has been consistently offering sales, service, and genuine spare parts for SML Isuzu buses and trucks—all conveniently under one roof.
SML Isuzu has enjoyed long-standing popularity in the Nepali market, especially dominating the school bus segment for several years. The event saw the participation of over 150 customers from various regions.
The program kicked off with a presentation on Laxmi Group and the SML Isuzu brand. Mr. Ramhari Thapaliya, Bus Incharge at Laxmi Commercial Vehicles, gave an insightful overview of the key technical features and advantages of SML Isuzu vehicles.
This was followed by remarks from Mr. Sanjay Khadka, Head of Sales and After-Sales Service, who emphasized the company’s dedication to expanding service reach and ensuring customer satisfaction. He reaffirmed Laxmi Commercial Vehicles' commitment to listening to customer feedback and continually improving its services.
