New Chery Q Launched in Nepal at Rs 30.99 Lakh; Price, Range and Features

The Chery Q has been launched in Nepal at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 at a special NAIMA offer price of Rs 30.99 lakh for the Comfort variant and Rs 32.99 lakh for the Premium variant, compared to their regular prices of Rs 34.39 lakh and Rs 35.99 lakh, respectively. 

The Chery Q measures 4,195 mm in length, 1,811 mm in width and 1,568 mm in height, with a 2,700 mm wheelbase. The electric crossover offers 175 mm of ground clearance, along with a 21-degree approach angle and 26-degree departure angle.

Practicality is enhanced by a 70-litre front trunk, while the rear boot offers 375 litres of space, expandable to 1,450 litres with the rear seats folded.

Power comes from a 41.2 kWh LFP battery pack paired with a rear-wheel-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor produces 90 kW of maximum power and 115 Nm of torque, with a claimed driving range of up to 400 km on a single charge under the NEDC cycle.

The Chery Q supports fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 30 to 80 percent in around 16.5 minutes. The vehicle also features MacPherson strut front suspension and a multilink rear suspension setup.

Inside, the Chery Q is available in Comfort and Premium trims. Equipment includes an 8.8-inch digital driver display and a central touchscreen measuring 12.8 inches in the Comfort and 15.6 inches in the Premium variant. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also offered.

Safety features include six airbags, a 540-degree panoramic camera, electronic stability control, hill assist and an ADAS package featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Detection and Automatic Emergency Braking.
