Morbidelli T250X to Debut at NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026

Morbidelli is preparing to expand its adventure motorcycle lineup in Nepal with the launch of the all-new Morbidelli T250X at the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026.

The lightweight dual-purpose motorcycle is expected to become the brand's most accessible adventure-focused offering in the country, targeting riders looking for a capable machine for both city commuting and weekend trail rides.

The T250X arrives with a straightforward approach to adventure motorcycling. Instead of relying on complex electronics or liquid cooling, Morbidelli has equipped the motorcycle with a 249cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC four-stroke engine paired with a carburetor.

The engine produces 22.4 hp at 7,500 rpm and 22.3 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, delivering smooth and predictable performance. The carbureted setup also makes the motorcycle easier to maintain, particularly in rugged environments where mechanical simplicity remains an advantage.

Its styling follows the familiar rally-inspired formula with a tall front stance, elevated LED headlamp, high-mounted front fender and a compact bodywork design.

Visible suspension components, a steel swingarm and minimal body panels give the T250X a purposeful appearance while staying true to its adventure-focused character.

The suspension setup is designed to handle rough roads and unpaved trails. At the front, the motorcycle features 41 mm upside-down forks offering 177 mm of travel, allowing it to absorb potholes, gravel and uneven terrain with confidence while maintaining stability on paved roads.

Braking duties are handled by 265 mm front and 220 mm rear ventilated disc brakes, complemented by dual-channel ABS for improved control across varying road conditions. The T250X also rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels wrapped in dual-purpose tyres, making it suitable for a mix of on-road and off-road riding.

Lighting is entirely LED, highlighted by Morbidelli's distinctive X-Stack front lighting signature, which uses four vertically stacked LED strips to create a unique identity while improving visibility. The motorcycle also comes equipped with LED indicators, a full-LED tail lamp and daytime running lights.

The cockpit remains practical with a vertically mounted LCD instrument cluster displaying essential riding information, including speed, gear position and fuel level.

A built-in USB charging port allows riders to charge their devices on the move, while backlit switchgear improves visibility during night rides. Handguards are also fitted as standard.

Rider comfort has also been considered. An 820 mm seat height, upright riding position, wide handlebars and a dual-level seat aim to make the motorcycle approachable for a wide range of riders while offering enough comfort for longer journeys.

The T250X will further strengthen Morbidelli's growing portfolio in Nepal. The company's current lineup is led by the flagship T1002VX, priced at Rs 44,99,900, followed by the T502X at Rs 13,49,900. The T352X and F352 are both available at Rs 9,96,900, while the entry-level C252V cruiser is priced at Rs 9,69,900.

While Morbidelli Nepal has yet to announce the official pricing of the T250X, its debut at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 signals the brand's intention to strengthen its presence in Nepal's growing entry-level adventure motorcycle segment, where demand for lightweight, versatile and affordable touring motorcycles continues to rise.
