Morris Garages Nepal has unveiled its fifth electric vehicle for the Nepali market — the Windsor EV — with prices starting at Rs 37.99 Lakh. The EV is offered in two variants: Excite at Rs 37.99 Lakh and Exclusive at Rs 39.99 Lakh.
Powered by a 38 kWh battery pack, the Windsor EV delivers a claimed range of 332 km on a full charge. Its electric motor generates 134 bhp and 200 Nm of torque. The vehicle also offers four driving modes: Eco, Eco+, Normal, and Sport.
Although it carries the stance and proportions of an MPV, the Windsor is configured as a five-seater with two rows. The exterior features a modern design highlighted by MG’s signature cowl, sharp headlamps, and 18-inch chrome alloy wheels. It also boasts a ground clearance of 186 mm.
Inside, the Windsor offers a premium cabin experience. Highlights include a segment-first 15.6-inch infotainment display and a floating 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster. The new ‘Aero-Lounge’ seats recline up to 135°, enhancing rear-seat comfort. Additional features include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leatherette upholstery, a 6-speaker audio system, and smart flush door handles.
On the safety front, the Windsor is equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, disc brakes on all four wheels, ESC, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera system.
The Windsor EV comes with an 8-year battery warranty.
