Foton Expands After-Sales Network with Five New Total Care Shield Service Points Across Nepal
Foton has expanded its after-sales service network in Nepal by launching five new authorized Foton Total Care Shield Service points in Bhaluwang, Baglung, Lalbandi, Chapur and Lahan, further strengthening customer support for its growing electric commercial vehicle lineup.
With the latest expansion, Foton's nationwide after-sales network now covers more than 21 service locations, making maintenance and technical support more accessible for customers across the country.
The company says the move is aimed at ensuring faster service delivery while reducing travel time for vehicle owners, particularly in emerging and regional markets.
The newly established Shield service points are expected to benefit educational institutions, logistics operators and commercial fleet owners that rely on uninterrupted vehicle operations.
Customers will receive manufacturer-approved services, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and warranty support, all carried out using genuine Foton parts and specialized diagnostic equipment for electric vehicles.
Each facility is staffed by trained EV technicians capable of handling the brand's electric commercial vehicles in line with factory service standards. The company believes this localized approach will improve vehicle reliability, extend service life and minimize downtime for customers operating in different parts of Nepal.
According to the company, the Foton Total Care program focuses on preventive maintenance, faster turnaround times, transparent service processes and support tailored to Nepal's diverse road and operating conditions. The initiative is designed to help commercial vehicle owners lower operating costs while keeping their fleets on the road.
