Hyundai Motor India is preparing to introduce the next-generation Venue, marking the model’s first major generational update since its debut in 2019.
And, the 2026 Venue has now been spotted undisguised for the first time, offering a complete look at its new design ahead of an expected November 2025 launch. The latest spy images, captured in what appears to be a parking facility, reveal a comprehensive exterior overhaul inspired by Hyundai’s global SUV design language seen on the latest Creta and Palisade.
The Venue now sports a larger, squarer grille with horizontal slats, flanked by vertically stacked LED headlamps and slim DRL strips integrated along the bonnet line. The lower bumper features a silver skid plate, adding to its upright and rugged SUV stance.
At the rear, the Venue retains its connected LED taillamps, while a redesigned tailgate and bumper will give it a more sculpted and modern appearance. The overall proportions will remain compact and boxy — a signature element of the Venue’s identity.
Inside, the cabin of the 2026 Venue is expected to undergo a complete redesign. Spy shots suggest a dual 10.2-inch curved display setup combining the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, along with a refreshed dashboard layout finished in premium materials.

It could also get a 360-degree camera, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and wireless smartphone connectivity. Higher variants are also expected to offer Level 2 ADAS, front parking sensors, and rain-sensing wipers, making the new Venue one of the most tech-rich models in its class.
Under the hood, Hyundai is expected to carry the same engines from the current model. These include the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, the 1.0-litre Turbo GDi petrol motor offered with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT, and the 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel unit mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
The updated Venue will continue to compete in the sub-4-metre compact SUV segment, going up against strong rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO and the Nissan Magnite.
