The 2025 BYD Atto 3 has been spotted in China ahead of its official launch, featuring a refreshed exterior and enhanced driver assistance capabilities.
Sold as the Yuan Plus in China and several international markets, the updated model introduces subtle yet noticeable design improvements.
Images reveal a redesigned front end with a sportier bumper that incorporates a larger trapezoidal air intake. The updated bumper also integrates a new camera, suggesting enhancements in ADAS (advanced driver-assistance system) technology.
From the side, the 2025 Atto 3 features chrome-plated decorative trims and partially blacked-out rear pillars, enhancing its premium look. At the rear, the bumper now sports a matching trapezoidal pattern along with a decorative diffuser, adding to its modern appeal. A redesigned roof spoiler houses vertically aligned dual brake lights, replacing the previous single light strip.
According to reports, the 2025 Atto 3 will retain the same powertrain and dimensions as its predecessor.
In Nepal, the BYD Atto 3 is available with two battery pack options—49.92 kWh and 60.48 kWh—priced at Rs 56,90,000 and Rs 67,80,000, respectively. Both variants are powered by a 100 kW electric motor.
